Shipping Policy

We believe in fast and safe shipping, to make your experience with Revolution Harvest a pleasant one.


Firstly, some shipping conditions:


  • All commercial orders will be processed as per our agreed terms, accommodating for appropriate design and build times.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed within the next working day where possible

  • All orders Returned to Sender due to not being claimed, or for incorrect addresses, re-delivery charges may be applicable

  • You will receive a dispatch notification as soon as they are produced. The estimated delivery date will be advised at the time of dispatch.

  • Delivery time is an estimate only, and Revolution Harvest is not liable for any delays, loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery

  • International shipping is upon application only, and conditions may apply

  • Depending on volumes ordered lead times are often between 7 to 14 days.

  • Please note, that during this pandemic, and due to many factors production scheduling has been extremely challenging. All best efforts are made to ensure orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible; however, we cannot offer firm delivery dates until orders are confirmed and allocated from stock on hand or scheduled for production. 




Shipping is designated via our preferred Logistics providers. Alternative logistics can be organised if advised prior to, or when a purchase order is presented.  

Approximate delivery times:


  • Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide, Melbourne, Tasmania 4 -7 business days.

  • Gold Coast, Brisbane, Nth NSW 5-10 business days.

  • Perth, Nth QLD 7-14 business days.




Please note; some deliveries may be delayed at this time due to the high volume of orders.  The advised timings are subject to change without notice, however, as always our aim is to have all orders processed,

dispatched and delivered as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

We believe in a fair returns policy.


Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights, and our obligations to you. Revolution Harvest will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where:


  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality

  • Significantly different to those shown or described to you

  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose

  • Delivered items differ from ordered items

  • Contain clear defects, damage or Manufacturing faults


Revolution Harvest reserves the right to:


Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

Revolution Harvest may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem.

Revolution Harvest reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.


Please note:


  • Your original receipt or online tax invoice is the best form of proof of purchase

  • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.

  • To return items they must be in their original and associated packaging in original condition.

  • Sale items not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.


Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, this does not include “Change of Mind”. All requests should be made within 14 days of delivery.
